"I'm writing this review to laud the outstanding service I received from State Farm Agent, Katies Sparks. Not only was she able to write multiple cost savings policies on my behalf, she did so with such a complete and thorough understanding of the complex issues involved, and with compassion, and professionalism. She was kind, understanding and (what I found to be most helpful) she took the time to explain to me what the policies were, what coverages were provided, and what the financial impacts were. She helped facilitate the transfer of coverage from my old carrier, she assisted with payment options, and in account set up. It's not often that you encounter someone as knowledgeable, as helpful, as customer friendly as Katie. I hope State Farm realizes what a valuable asset they have in Katies Sparks. She truly represents the company in the highest regard. After several long, arduous years with my former carrier, I'm now excited about being a State Farm customer, and remain sincerely thankful, and grateful for Katie's assistance.
